1. At austrianshop.com we are committed to providing an excellent service. If you have you are not entirely happy, please contact us with your comments; we need to know if we can improve, and will do all we can to put it right for you. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 24 hours.

2. austrianshop.com Order Acceptance
The sale of austrianshop.com products shall not be considered complete until we have accepted your offer to purchase them. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase is signified when we process your credit or debit card. austrianshop.com reserves the right to decline your order at any time up until the moment we charge your credit or debit card.

3. Customer Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your theaustrian.biz purchases, you must contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of first placing your order stating your order reference number. We will then advise you whether production has already commenced or if the goods have already been dispatched. If so, we will be unable to cancel your order and the goods will be charged to you and sent to the requested address. Providing we receive your notification before production has commenced or any item has been dispatched, we will cancel your order and your payment will be returned.

4. Any offers we make are designed to be used independently, and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

5. No order is accepted by theaustrian.biz until the order has been checked & approved. If there is a problem we will e-mail you within three working days.

6. Prices
All prices shown are in Euro, UK Pounds and US Dollars. VAT is included in the price.

7. In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you to offer you an alternative. However, if this would prevent us from meeting your required delivery date, we will send suitable substitutes of the same or higher value and contact you afterwards.

8. Missing or lost in the post delivery
If you feel your parcel has got lost in the post you must contact us at austrianshop [AT] yahoo.com with 30 days of ordering. We will then fill in a missing parcel claim form on your behalf. Once we have been refunded by the Österreichische Post AG we will resend your order. We are unable to offer any refunds or or resend any orders until we have recieved payment from the Österreichische Post AG. Please note that USA and Australia are excluded in the insurance protection!

9. Undelivered/non acceptance of parcels
austrianshop.com will not pay for the return of parcels that have been refused delivery for whatever reason. Arrangments must be made immeadiatly on placing an order for goods to be accepted at the delivery address by yourself/the receiptient or by their appointed agent.

10. Refunds / Returns under Guarantee
You inform us of your complaint by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order. At our request, you agree to return the goods in question to reach us within 14 days of the date you originally received them. Any goods returned must be unopened, in the same packaging and condition as you received them. We do not accept returns for all perishable items! For your own protection when returning items, please use recorded delivery - retaining your receipt - since we cannot process claims until the goods are back in our possession. You pre-pay the cost of return postage and packing by recorded delivery. We do not provide refunds for goods that have been mistreated while intransit, melted in transit due to climatic or atmospheric changes as these circumstances are out of our control. We do not recommend that chocolate or other candy items are ordered in hot weather or over long distances. austrianshop.com shall have no obligations or liabilities of any kind in respect of goods purchased from the website which are returned for any other reason or where the above conditions have not been followed. In such instances, we shall have the right at our sole discretion to refuse the return if in our opinion it is not justified. Under these circumstances, the goods will be returned to you at your cost.

12. We do not despatch on Saturday afternoon or Sundays.

13. Legal Liability
The contracts for the sale of goods or services by austrianshop.com from the website shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with Austrian law. The courts of Austria shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them. Our liability to you whether for breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence or otherwise shall in no circumstance exceed the reasonable direct costs for the damaged, defective or undelivered goods which give rise to such liability and shall in any event be limited, in aggregate, to three times the value of the goods supplied by us to you pursuant to your order.
